Hi there! I'm Bulent Buyuksayar.
Throughout a career of 25 years, I had the opportunity to deepen my recruitment experience in global companies such as Yapı Kredi, TürkTelekom, Arçelik, Borusan Otomotiv and Vodafone. 

I’ve been living in London since 2017 and I’m the founder of Smartstarts Consultancy, a recruitment agency serving mainly the UK, European and Turkish markets. I am also one of the solution partners of Funded.club, a new-generation recruitment agency that provides global services to technology companies in Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia. 

Both in corporate structures and my venture, with my team, I actively recruit on a wide scale ranging from expert level to senior managerial positions for global giants and growing start-ups for 16 years. 

So far:

• Monitored over 90.000 resumes and LinkedIn profiles,
• Interviewed over 5.000 candidates,
• Managed over 300 assessment and development centres,
• Placed over 1.000 candidates.

I have coached over 100 (counting ☺️) experienced professionals on building effective career maps, well-explained resumes and rocking LinkedIn profiles, efficient job hunting methods and winning interviews.
